14-Day Re-Weld Policy: If your welded connection fails within 14 days, we offer one complimentary re-weld. After 14 days, re-welds are available for $15–$25 depending on the metal.
Lost or Broken Jewelry: Lipstick Studio is not responsible for lost or stretched jewelry. If lost within 14 days, we offer a 50% replacement discount.
Custom Orders: Any special requests or custom chain orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Avoid excessive lotions, perfumes, and chemicals to maintain your jewelry’s longevity.
Clean gently with mild dish soap, warm water, and a soft brush.
If you need to remove your jewelry, cut at the jump ring to avoid damaging the chain.
Appointment Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your purchase.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to show will result in a forfeited deposit.
Permanent jewelry is available only to clients 12 years and older. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present.
A signed waiver is required before jewelry can be applied.
